.cancelled transaction.

I had cancelled my transaction and Xoom proceed with the payment. I attempted to call Xoom, but East time isnt my time zone.

Unfair treatment of my transactions

I have a medical emergency in my family in the Philippines. My nephew needed a surgery and medications and stupid xoom hold my money for 3 days. I cancelled 3 times and waited until they return my money. I use remitly and no question ask in few minutes my brother received the money and the surgery was a success. But my nephew needs to wait for 6 days because of what xoom did to my transactions. I will never use xoom again in my life. ***

Unable te receive money that was sent

I sent money via coin through PayPal and Walmart cannot find it even though it is pending at my bank. I cannot find a reference or transaction number anywhere.

My recipient didn't get money

Nobody can help I don't know where my money is and I'm pissed. I sent money from my credit card and now the money was taken from my card but it hasn't gone to my cashapp yet.

I have been calling since 8:30 and it kept saying office is currently closed yet it operates from 6am to 6pm! Nonsense!!

There is no one to talk to about the issue that I am facing, and it is a bit urgent. Where are the customers service representative? Every other remittance entity has representatives, what about zoom!

Terrible customer service

They asked me to upload my bank statement to verify my information. I did several times and each time they told me that were unable to verify my information. I called them to ask what I needed to do and they basically said nothing I can do. So you can't use our services. I have been using PayPal for years with no issues.

My transaction was sent from the 18 and still has been verified. Ive been using the same method for a period of time now so what makes the changes

Delay by Xoom in money transfer

This used to be the best company to send money internationally however its quality and service has down spiraled drastically. Money used to be transferred within 4 hours but now it takes days and Xoom does NOT give an explanation or compensates for the loss of time. From the time Paypal took over it has been a nightmare with this company. Take this as a warning, people, and do NOT use this company
