Terrible service, 2 weeks ago, I made a shipment, there were some problems so that it could be deposited, then I asked to cancel it and now nobody knows where my money is, they tell me that I have to wait for an answer from I don't know from whom. in order to proceed with the cancellation. It's been 2 weeks and they don't give me an answer to anything and now even the calls don't answer.

Worst company ever

xoom fails to verify information from get go and thrives in giving you a hard time through transactions you send....I was sending money from my US account to my other account in my country and its still an issue. My whole family is quiting xoom...I will email usain to quit xoom

I do have a dispute, I sent $100.00 on January 15 ,2021 to the Philippines and on January 16 my bank was debited 2x. I demand an explanation and a refund please I am a loyal customer and will send my transactions to your competitor if this is not resolved.I intended to send only $100.00 where did the other $100.00 go?

hello i used xoom for an EE phone top up of £10.00 but made an error in the payment section, so i made a second payment then i thought the payment had not worked, then made a further payment to xoom, i then found out the payment had a code to be entered, i did this and the payment went to EE, the two other payments were sent to myself i think but my bank has taken the money from my account but nothing has been returned, it seems the money is still with xoom, so can you advise as to the nrxt steps please? thank you tony gray

They said they completee my transaction and was recieved by my bank which is bancorp which they say it has not been recieved from xoom so I called xoom back and still on the phone seems my money must have gotten lost
